-top of the baby diaper cake has a hand made beehive topper
-each layer of the diaper cake is embellished with burlap, yellow, and blue ribbon, and miniature bees.
-top, middle, and bottom laters are adorned with bows and winnie the pooh picture
-the diaper cake also contains 1 pair of baby socks, pacifier,  and rattle
